How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times vary by location, typically ranging from 3-7 business days within the continental United States.
Do you offer professional assembly for complete longboards?
Yes! If you purchase all the necessary components for a complete setup, our expert shop team can assemble and grip your board for free. Just leave a note in the 'Special Instructions' box at checkout.
What is your return policy for skate hardware?
We accept returns on unused, unmounted items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that we cannot accept returns on boards that have been gripped, skated, or show signs of assembly.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the gear and the destination country.
How do I know which wheel durometer is right for me?
Wheel choice depends on your riding style. Softer wheels (78a-82a) provide more grip and a smoother ride on rough pavement, while harder wheels (86a+) are better for technical sliding and skatepark riding. Check our 'Gear Guide' blog for a deep dive.
