Please note that custom-assembled completes and used components are not eligible for return due to safety and resale standards.

Carefully place the unused items back into their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all tags, hardware, and stickers are included.

Ship It Back

Print your prepaid shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
